i really enjoyed my stay. the room was spacious and the views were GREAT. breakfast had many options and dinner was tasty with flavour.
i noticed the staff didn't provide clear answers about the spa services. this made planning my spa day a little CONFUSING.

the hotel is set next to a lake. the QUIET setting near Churt is AMAZING. swans and geese can be seen on the lake in the morning.

the location near the pond was decent.
The receptionist gave off a strange vibe at check in. she acted like i was trying to scam them, and it. i also noticed the glasses in the room werent very clean. They was sticky.

the bedroom and bathroom was very clean.
I encountered several issues . the lack of disability access was a major problem, requiring my mum to use a delivery door to reach the restaurant and reception. this. The staff needed to unlock the door each time. the hotel should address the issue with ramps at the reception area.

anna marie, the receptionist, was cute and made sure i had all the information for easy check in. the event organisation went to plan and the staff were very helpful.
i heard the bar below quite clearly the common areas were unpleasantly bright and noisy the interior is at odds with its rural and traditional exterior the dining room completely lacks ambience and charm.
